Privacy Policy

Your privacy is paramount. Learn how WaJust collects, safeguards, and utilizes your personal and business data across our WhatsApp marketing platform.

Effective Date: November 2, 2026•Entity: WaJust (wajust.com)•Governing Law: India

1. Introduction & Scope

Welcome to WaJust ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible via https://wajust.com. This Privacy Policy details the types of personal, billing, and operational data we collect, how it is used, and the measures we employ to secure your information when you access our multi-device WhatsApp SaaS platform.

By creating an account, accessing our dashboard, or purchasing any subscription tier on wajust.com, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related data privacy rules of India.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum necessary information required to deliver our software services effectively:

  • Account Identification: Full name, registered email address, password hash, and contact phone number provided during signup.
  • Workspace & Campaign Data: WhatsApp contact phone numbers uploaded by you for broadcast campaigns, message templates, incoming leads, and auto-reply configurations.
  • Device Pairing Credentials: Encrypted cryptographic WhatsApp multi-device authentication tokens generated during QR code scanning (managed via isolated session engines).
  • Technical & Log Information: IP address, browser type, device specifications, operating system, and timestamp logs for anti-fraud and session integrity.

3. Razorpay Payment Security & Financial Information

WaJust does NOT collect, capture, or store your sensitive payment details such as complete Credit/Debit card numbers, CVV codes, UPI MPINs, or NetBanking login passwords on our servers.

All subscription transactions are processed through Razorpay Software Private Limited, an RBI-licensed, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator. Razorpay uses 256-bit TLS end-to-end encryption to tokenize and process transactions securely.

We only receive and retain anonymized transaction confirmation records (such as Razorpay Order ID, Razorpay Payment ID, payment timestamp, amount paid, and subscription plan status) to maintain your billing history and activate your plan.

4. How We Use Collected Data

  • To provision and maintain your multi-device WhatsApp workspace and dispatch campaigns.
  • To verify transactions, activate subscriptions, and issue automated invoices.
  • To notify you of campaign delivery reports, line disconnections, and system status alerts.
  • To troubleshoot customer support tickets and investigate technical errors.
  • To detect, prevent, and protect against abusive spamming, fraud, or security compromises.

5. Data Storage, Isolation & Security

All account information, campaign logs, and inbound leads are hosted on enterprise cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform / Firebase Firestore) utilizing TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Each workspace is logically isolated through strict Firestore database security rules, preventing cross-tenant data exposure.

WhatsApp session credentials and authentication states are maintained in sandboxed memory spaces and deleted immediately upon line disconnection or user account closure.

6. Third-Party Disclosures

We strictly uphold a policy that we do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade your personal or business data with third-party advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances.

Data is exchanged strictly with essential infrastructure sub-processors under confidentiality obligations:

  • Razorpay: For secure payment gateway processing and invoice generation.
  • Google Cloud / Firebase: For encrypted database hosting and authentication services.
  • Statutory Authorities: Solely when formally mandated under valid legal process or court order in India.

7. User Rights & Data Deletion

You retain full ownership of your data. You may review, export, update, or permanently delete your contacts, campaigns, and WhatsApp credentials directly from the WaJust dashboard at any time. If you wish to permanently purge your account and all associated records, you can submit a deletion request to support@wajust.com.
